With over two decades of experience in the recruitment and people management industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My journey began over 25 years ago as an external recruiter in the UK and then Hong Kong, where I honed my skills in identifying and securing top talent across various financial sectors, including Fund Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, and Insurance.

In addition to my extensive recruitment experience, I have spent 7 years as an in-house Recruiter and People Lead at Manulife. This role allowed me to delve deeper into the intricacies of internal talent acquisition and management, enabling me to understand and address the unique needs of both the organization and its employees.

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for prestigious clients including Deutsche Bank and BUPA. These roles involved leading large-scale recruitment operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and achieving strategic hiring goals.

Moreover, I have dedicated 3 years to professional coaching, helping individuals achieve their career aspirations and develop their potential. This experience has enriched my ability to provide insightful guidance and foster professional growth.
